This bed and breakfast house is on the pilgrim route to Santiago de Compostella in the town of Thiviers. The 1830s house has two large living rooms and five spacious bedrooms. It used to be the doctor's house and this can still be seen on the first floor by a handmade partition around the staircase. The property has wooden floors and heating by city gas.  The great height on the first floor of 3.3 metres makes the rooms very spacious.  There are 2 bathrooms and each room has its own sink. The house has many cosy corners. The large attic is still original. You can make more rooms here if you want.

Running B&B
There is a spacious garden with lots of privacy and a small conservatory. If you want to start a B&B, this is your chance. You can get started right away and collect income. This B&B is currently the only place to stay (for pilgrims) in Thiviers, among others.

Lively area
Thiviers has a good train connection to Paris and there is a pleasantly busy market on Saturdays. There are also 3 large supermarkets and nice cafés and restaurants. The town is in a lively area, with plenty of opportunities for trips and beautiful walks.
