This charming stone cottage is located opposite a beautiful lake with a good restaurant and water-skiing facilities, and next to a lovely media library where children can learn about nature and reading. The owners have started the renovation and now you can finish everything up as your heart desires.

Make it your own
The ground floor consists of a large open room (ca. 40m²/30’8”x13’1”) with a stone fireplace that could be converted into a living room. There are two rooms with a landing/staircase between them leading to the upper floor. It would be logical to turn one of the rooms into a kitchen and the other into a bedroom or a study. The upper floor under the eaves of the roof is a big open-plan area with dormer and bull’s eye windows that can be configured as a loft or divided into smaller rooms if so wished.
The garden
The grounds of over 3,000 m² (ca. ¾ acre) feature a beautiful dual-floor stone building (a former piggery) and an open hanger that could serve as a roofed terrace. A septic tank system was installed in 2024 that is fully compliant. Nothing more to do here, apart from mowing the lawn!
Meuzac
The village of Meuzac is within walking distance and offers nice bars and restaurants, a bakery, a butcher's shop and a small supermarket. Larger supermarkets can be found in nearby Uzerche or Magnac-Bourg. The cities of Limoges or Brive-la-Gaillarde are easily accessible via the motorway, which nearest junction is only 5 minutes away.
