After a few hundred metres along a path, you will reach this little paradise in the middle of the forest. With no neighbours, in a wild garden with two ponds, flowers, butterflies and frogs, the charming stone house, the gîte, the studio and the barn are located in an oasis of tranquillity surrounded by trees.

The main house
The main house of approximately 95 m² has a modern kitchen on the ground floor. With its stone walls, wooden beams and partly wooden and partly tiled floor, it’s a very French charming space. Next to it is a utility room and toilet. On the other side of the stone wall is the cosy living room with the stairs and a soapstone wood-burner. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a French balcony and plenty of storage space covering the entire (wooden) floor area. Next to it is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Much of the interior can be left behind.

The gîte
Via the wooden terrace at the front of the house, you walk to the tastefully decorated gîte of approximately 42 m². The ground floor consists of a living area with an open kitchen, stone walls and wooden beams. French doors give access to the garden. The bathroom with shower and toilet is downstairs. The first floor, with its wooden floor, consists of one large bedroom. The gîte is also heated by a wood-burner.

Outside
In the garden, there is a concrete slab on which a swimming pool can be installed. Further on, there is a two-storey barn. Next to the barn is a greenhouse. At the edge of the plot is a wooden chalet that currently serves as a sleeping area but can also be used as a (yoga)studio.

The gite or the entire property is also easy to rent out during holiday periods.

Access and amenities
This little paradise is just a few minutes' bike ride from the village, where there is a small bakery and a restaurant. Lubersac, with all amenities including large supermarkets, is less than 10 minutes away. The villages of Arnac-Pompadour and Uzerche are less than 20 minutes away. The larger towns of Brive and Limoges are a 45-minute drive away.
