Works
Aside from the extension, the house is in its original late 1950’s state. This includes the clay roof tiles, which, although handcrafted in Nexon, will need to be changed in places. Some electrical renovations were made around 2010 to add electric heaters and a 150-litre hot water tank but not all the electrics have been updated. Plan to update the bathroom, the insulation and to install double-glazed windows.

Close to amenities
The house has easy access to Nexon, its shops, schools and infrastructures which are less than 5 minutes away. Limoges is just over a 25-minute drive away.
