Large house with 4 bedrooms and a large barn. The exterior is partly made of belle pierres. The house is situated at the beginning of a hamlet. On the other side of the road there is another piece of land with 3 outbuildings and a large hangar. There is more than enough space to enjoy the French landscape.
Living areaOn entering the house, there is an entrance hall with a toilet on the left. When entering the living room, there is a large and new pallet burner. Then there is a living room with double doors to the garden to enjoy the great weather. Adjacent is the kitchen which is well equipped. In this room there is a door that leads to the large barn. This is where the central heating system on oil is situated (1993) which in winter can heat the house even more.
1st floorA wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor. On the left side there is a bathroom with a bathtub, sink and bidet. There is a separate toilet. The four bedrooms are light and spacious. There are built-in closets and another smaller room that can serve as dressing, storage or a hobby-study room. On this floor there are PVC window frames with double glazing. There is also a beautiful chestnut wood floor.
Barn The large barn (52m2) next to the house is now used as storage and a utility-space for the washing machine for example. But there is enough potential and space to make something beautiful out of it. It can be used as a workshop or converted into a gite.
Garden, sheds and land The piece of land that comes with the house goes from wide to narrow. The garden is 330 m2 and is exposed to the west. Across the road is the larger piece of land where there are many possibilities. This plot is 2320m2, with 3 sheds and a large hangar (5x9m) to park a caravan or camper. Also, this piece of land is ideal for a vegetable garden, chickens or other animals and has a lovely view.
The house is situated near Bujaleuf. This village is a 5 minute drive away, there is a bakery, tabac/cafe, small supermarket and a large swimming lake. For the big shopping items, DIY stores, etc. you go to the larger Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat. This town is known for its medieval center and church and by the pilgrim route to Santiago de Compostella. There is a nice weekly fresh market here and there is an annual medieval festival. This part of France is surrounded by walking and cycling paths.
