This attractive property is one of the oldest properties in the small and quiet village. The house is located near the church, which in many other places can be found in the centre. The property also includes a separate piece of woodland of just under an acre at 1/3 mile from the house.

Location
The property is located in a small village in the Limousin region a few miles from the village of Sussac, which boasts a beautiful swimming lake where locals and holidaymakers enjoy swimming in summer. The large supermarket is in Châteauneuf la Forêt, about 3 ½ miles away. This is a larger village with all amenities such as a large supermarket, bank, chemist’s and several restaurants.
