This house stands on the outskirts of a village and has a feeling of peace and quiet. On one side there is a completely free view over the landscape. The house is fairly dated so you will have to roll up your sleeves.

Ground floor
Upon entering, it is clear that time has stood still here. All rooms have classic wallpaper. On the left side of the hall is the living room with a scrap ceiling. There is a beautiful chestnut wood floor. Across the living room is the kitchen. It is tiled and equipped with a fireplace. In the corridor on the left is the toilet and at the end a bedroom. This room has an open view of the garden.

1st floor
Through a beautiful staircase you reach the 1st floor. Here is a 2nd bedroom on the left. This is also equipped with a beautiful chestnut wood floor. Furthermore, on this floor there is another bedroom and a bathroom.

The most beautiful part of the garden is on the side of the house. It is worth considering the creation of an opening in the living room: for more light and direct access to a terrace to be built. This will certainly be a favourite spot : facing south-west, quiet and with a nice view over the Limousin countryside !

Garden and barns
Adjacent to the house is a barn, in which the living space can be increased. There is plenty of storage space for tools or hobbies.  In the front garden there are 3 sheds/garages. The largest separate shed is 9x4m, the 2nd shed is 5m x 3m and there is a floor on top with the same size. There is also a smaller garage for e.g. the lawn mower or garden furniture. Before the sheds can be used, they have to be pruned.

The plot is 1,474 m² in size. Next to the plot is a dirt track, where an extra private entrance can be made to the property. On this side there is a lot of space. There is a clear view and there are several trees that provide the necessary shade.
 

Surroundings
The house stands on the edge of Bujaleuf. This is a lively village with ± 1,000 inhabitants.  Within walking distance you'll find a bakery, a neighbourhood supermarket and a bar-tabac. A little further on is the local swimming lake with camping site. Here, in the summer, live music or a theme night is regularly organised. The area attracts many nature lovers such as hikers, cyclists and fishermen.
