The complex is situated in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin National Park, close to the castle where Richard the Lionheart was mortally wounded in 1199. This accommodation is an ideal holiday destination, with no neighbouring properties in sight.

The three-hectare grounds, featuring a small pond, surround the property. There is a large barn (approx. 300 m²), a heated saltwater swimming pool and a sauna.

Courtyard
The buildings, accessible via a private driveway, surround the central courtyard. The main building, measuring approximately 328 m², has two entrances: one for the owners’ accommodation and one for the bed & breakfast guests. There is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with a wood-burning stove and oak flooring. A staircase leads to the owners’ bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room (or second bedroom). A practical laundry room is also located on this side.

Bed & Breakfast
A central dining room with beautiful parquet flooring connects the owners’ home with the guest accommodation. This leads to the bed & breakfast, which features a reception room, a lounge and a toilet on the ground floor. The staircase leads to three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Gîtes
The first gîte measures 111 m² and comprises a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor, and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.

The second gîte, measuring 55 m², comprises a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the first floor.

The third gîte, measuring 63 m², comprises a kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and a bedroom with a shower on the first floor.
