There is a bathroom (8 m²) with 2nd toilet. This provides a double sink and a shower cabin. If you prefer a walk-in shower then that is not a problem because there is enough space. The living room

But the most important space is of course the living room. Through the two sliding doors a beautiful light space with the cast-iron Godin wood stove as centerpiece. You can see the birds in the garden from the bank. The kitchen has a straight setup is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and electric hob.

From the living room you have access to the spacious covered terrace (16 m²). And great magnification of the living space and ideal place to stay! You can also eat here with family and friends as there is also a permanent barbecue here. The terrace has 6 wicker shades to protect you against the sun according to your wishes. The holiday park

Holiday park Le Chat offers various facilities that you as owner can use, namely: a reception and park shop, a lovely heated swimming pool with separate paddling pool for small children, two tennis courts, a mini golf course, a table tennis table, a football field, a playground and a large lake with a small beach where you can also swim and even fish.

 

For the avid golfer, there is a beautiful challenging 18-hole golf course right next to the park where you can throw away a ball to your heart's content. Once played on a French golf course, you wont appreciate the ones you used to play.. ...

 

The area

The bungalow is at a 2-hour drive from the airports of Bordeaux and Bergerac. Other major cities in the area are Angoulême, the city of cartoonists, Limoges, the city of porcelain, Brantome with its beautiful Abbey, Nontron where you can shop and La Rochefoucauld with its beautiful castle. In the nearby villages are often held markets or vide-greniers. Lake Lacaud is about 20 minutes away.
