In the center of a quiet village


In a small village not far from the cute town of Treignac you will find this typical French holiday cottage. The property has been in use as a gîte for the last couple of years, so if you are looking for an investment, you might as well do so here. The 1,225 m2 garden is not very wide, but it is long. Although you are opposite the town hall and the local Salle des Fêtes, it is very quiet. There are no other amenities in the village. For the shops, restaurants or swimming lake you only have to drive about 4 kilometers to Treignac.

The kitchen on the other side of the hall is dated, but is very French charming. Behind the kitchen there is a (bed)room and a toilet with sink. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the largest with a French balcony. The pink bathroom is also very French, also dated, but still good to use. There is a separate toilet and a storage room.

Under the house is a spacious garage / storage room. Here is also the boiler from 1998 which runs on diesel oil. The long garden is maintenance free landscaped. There is an old shed next to an entrance to the garden.

Close to amenities
Treignac offers all you need : a bakery for your croissant et baguette ou pain, shops, a big supermarket en off course a big supermarket. Several restaurants to enjoy a 'plat du jour'. The chocolate museum/shop is also worth tasting.

In the surroundings, on the Plateau des Millevaches, you can go hiking or biking. But paragliding is also possible. The Lac de Bariousses (swimming lake) with it's beach is at  less than 10 minutes. Treignac is also known for its canoeing, so for the sporty French lover there is plenty of challenge to be found! Brive Airport is at one hours' drive.
