New roof
The house and barn of this farmhouse recently had a new roof. Through the front door, you enter the spacious living kitchen (22 m²-236,80 ft²). The original details such as the fireplace and the sink are still partly visible. Next to the kitchen is the living room (17 m²-182,99 ft²). For small shopping needs, you can go to nearby La Croisille sur Briance with its bakery, supermarket, small café, pharmacy, doctor, school and fishing lake. A large supermarket is about 15 minutes' drive away in the larger Châteauneuf la Forêt, where there is also a beautiful swimming lake.
