The railway cottage consists of a kitchen (14 m²) with tiled floor and a dining room (14 m²) on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with nice floors. No sanitary facilities to be found, there is only a sink in the kitchen. There is a trap door in the hall to the cellar under a part of the living.

The house needs a complete modernisation: kitchen, sanitary, electricity, plumbing...... The ceiling of one of the bedrooms and the staircase need to be redone. A project for a handyman!

Attached to the house is a small outbuilding. In most of the railway cottages the bathroom has been built in.
