This cottage located near a village with shops was lived in until recently.

It consists of a basic 172ft² kitchen with a sink and a typical 1950’s tiled floor, a separate toilet and a useable 60ft² bathroom. To the right of the kitchen, a 134 ½ ft² dining room and a second 145ft² room, formerly a living room with parquet floors, which can also be converted into a ground floor bedroom.
