HOA contribution The castle and the Orangerie are divided into flat rights. Outdoor maintenance is therefore done by the Home owners association. The annual HOA contribution (for maintenance and insurance) is currently € 3,500. A necessary repair to a garden wall is expected to require an additional contribution of approximately € 12,000. The Property Tax is currently about € 3,500,= per year.
