On the outskirts of a quiet hamlet lies this house, built on a basement. The living space is located on the floor and is accessible via a fixed staircase.
There is a central hall with two room rooms on the left. One of the rooms has a fireplace. The flue can be used as a drain for a wood stove. Both rooms have a beautiful parquet floor (after treatment). Between the two rooms a very simple purple colored bathroom consisting of a shower tray and a sink. On the other side of the hall a separate toilet and the kitchen area. Here is a tiled floor and there is a sink cabinet. It’s a good sized room and you can imagine that a nice (corner) kitchen with large dining table can be put in here.
The upper floor is accessible from the kitchen. Here are two basic bedrooms. The space at the rear has (old) leakage tracks and has one unfinished wall.
Basement and garage
The basement is also accessible from the ground floor with a staircase. There is a garage section, a basement where the septic tank is located and a third section where the CV is installed and used as a laundry room.
To make the house habitable again, it will need some effort. Breaking and building is not necessary, but an upgrade will be desirable. Wallpaper scanners, paint or wallpaper, brushes and cleaning attributes will quickly cause a big change. With a few weeks of work, the house can be transformed into a cozy and warm house, which she was until recently.
The garden is largely behind the house, but is under the slope. In front of the entrance is a small terrace sheltered under the lime tree. Behind the house is an outbuilding, but that is now completely overgrown.
