Especially for your holidays, but also suitable for permanent living, this ensemble has been created over the years. An old barn has been transformed into a rural house with barn. The living area is about 47 m2 and consists of a long living area with open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The views are breathtaking and because of authentic elements such as the wooden beams, oak floor and natural stone walls you can relax here. On the colder days or evenings you can crawl on the couch in front of the wood-burning stove and enjoy the view or a good book. The indoor bedroom on the ground floor adjoins the bathroom with floor heating, a double shower, bathtub and washbasin. The toilet is very convenient to reach from both the bathroom and the entrance hall. All windows are double glazed.
Extra room in the barn The extra bedroom (11 m2) above the living area can be reached via a loft ladder from the entrance, or from the barn. This guest room is built as a kind of box on the floor in the barn and has its own washbasin and shower. The bedroom downstairs and this extra room have windows that open into the barn. The barn of about 30 m2 is ideal for hobby or storage with its (concrete) tile floor.
Wooden chalet The wooden chalet (with asbestos-containing roof) of approximately 27 m2 has its own shower room with washbasin and toilet. In this bright room everything you need for a pleasant holiday stay fits: kitchen, double bed, bench and dining table.
Quest house The second guest room is an attractive stone building, formerly a bakery, which is now furnished as a single or double residence. There is a shower, washbasin, a mezzanine and space for a double bed.
On the highest point of the garden there is a 2nd wooden chalet of approximately 7 m2. Ideal to use as a studio or to enjoy the evening sunset while enjoying a drink.
Beautiful view On the terrain several terraces have been laid out where you can enjoy the view and because of the slightly elevated location you have complete privacy. The wooden swimming pool stands on a solid concrete terrace. For a possibly larger pool you already have a nice flat base. You can also take a walk through your own forest. On site you will find a sunbathing lawn, swimming pool, hot tub and hammock facility. In short, an ideal location for you and your guests!
