This has recently been refurbished.Garage At street level is the garage. This has recently been provided with ceiling insulation. The spaces here are large and practical. Enough space for tools and a lawnmower. In one of the rooms is the oil heater and hot water heater, both installed in 2020. There is room here for hobby or work space.
Garden The garden covers 830m2 and surrounds the whole house. Therefore there is always a place in the shade or sun to find. There is a vegetable garden and there is a fish pond at the front of the house. From the French balcony at the front there is a beautiful view of the surroundings.
Surroundings The centre of Peyrat-le-Château is a few minutes' walk away. Here too there is a swimming lake. In summer there are many brocante markets in the neighbourhood. In Peyrat-le-Château there are bakers, a supermarket and several restaurants and bars. It is possible to get a croissant on foot! The house is at a 10 minutes drive from the famous Lac de Vassivière. This is a large reservoir (9,76 km2) with many water sport possibilities.
